How can I pay?
You can pay securely via Bancontact, credit card, PayPal, or other common payment methods. All payments are processed securely.
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes, immediately after your order you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided with all the details of your purchase.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@solmare.be. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can often still adjust it.
What are the delivery times?
The estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days. Delivery time depends on the product and your location. After shipping, you will receive a tracking code to track your order.
How will my garden furniture be delivered?
Larger furniture items are delivered by a specialized carrier. You will be contacted in advance to schedule a delivery time. Delivery will be made right to your front door.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Always check your order upon delivery. Report any damage immediately to the driver and contact us within 48 hours at info@solmare.be with photos of the damage.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your order. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
How do I return an item?
Contact us at support@solmare.be. We'll send you instructions. Once we receive the product, we'll refund your purchase price.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free by default. For exceptionally large or heavy products, different shipping rates may apply. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
Do I have to assemble my furniture myself?
Yes, assembly is required. Our outdoor furniture is delivered as a kit and requires your own assembly—similar to DIY indoor furniture.
What about warranty?
You enjoy a legal warranty of 2 years from delivery, in accordance with Belgian law.
Should I store my garden furniture in winter?
This isn't strictly necessary, but we recommend storing cushions indoors and covering the furniture with a protective cover for a longer lifespan.
How do I maintain my garden furniture?
Aluminum frames are easy to clean with water and a mild detergent. Acacia wood can be treated with wood oil to preserve its natural color. Cushions are often removable and washable – check the product label.
Is your garden furniture weatherproof?
Yes, our aluminum lounge sets are designed for outdoor use and can withstand all weather conditions. The acacia wood is naturally durable, but we recommend bringing cushions and wooden elements indoors or covering them in extreme weather.
